On the go overnight oats

Coconut Berry Overnight Oats

A quick & easy on the go breakfast or snack idea.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup of Gluten free organic whole oats (or preferred choice of oats)

  • Coconut milk/ Almond milk (Enough to cover your oats)

  • A splash of agave, honey, or maple syrup

  • 1 Tsp ground flaxseed

Toppings:

  • 1/4 Cup Frozen or fresh berries

  • Walnuts

  • Coconut flakes

Directions:

  1. Grab a couple glass containers with air tight lids; dependent on how many you want to make at a time.

  2. Pour your oats in the glass container.

  3. Pour enough milk over the oats to cover them fully.

  4. Add in the agave; stir.

  5. Add in the flaxseed; stir.

  6. Toss in the berries, walnuts, and coconut flakes.

  7. Put in the fridge for a couple hours or overnight.

  8. Enjoy!!
