  • This gym rocks and this is coming from someone who used to hate the idea of a gym. My coach listens to me and what I need. Need to push? Got it, need to unwind and recenter they got that too.   • I absolutely love working out here; it is the best form of therapy. Even on the days I don't want to workout, I am so glad I went afterwards. I get just the right amount of push without it being overbearing. We went over my goals, guided me with nourishment and supplement recommendations, and learned foods I thought were healthy were not actually healthy after all. I have been working out twice a week for the past 7 months and other people can see the changes I have made. I have also worked with the other trainers, and you can’t go wrong with any of the trainers here.

  • "I cannot recommend this place enough! Kaitlyn is so kind and did a great job of determining my fitness goals with me. My trainer, Brittany, is amazing— she’s works me hard but is great at recommending modifications if an exercise is a little too difficult— or a modification if the exercise is too easy! The gym has good equipment and is clean and well appointed. My friends and family have noticed the difference in my physical as well as mental health. Deciding to get started here has hands down been one of the best choices I’ve made for myself in a while. 11/10 will continue to work out here!"
